There is nothing ordinary about Edisen. Therefore, we are looking for an extraordinary Senior Producer to join our global team, based out of our New York office. We work with a wide range of brands, agencies, and entertainment to develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and marketing activities spanning all channels - including film, print, digital, audio, and social. 

Our Senior Producers take responsibility for supporting, and often leading the creative and production teams, driving projects from bidding to finish, coordinating internal and external resources, taking a structured approach to solving problems and delivering solutions, and ensuring production needs are met from pitch, award, delivery, to wrap.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the creative and production team members including internal and external individuals, helping to drive engagement.
• Create budgets and production plans alongside Executive Producer with a focus on maximizing net profit by seeking ways to reduce costs.
• Bidding, logistical, and resourcing support across all US jobs including both post and live action shoots.
• Interface with clients during bidding, negotiation, scheduling, and execution.
• Support and advise on latest production techniques in order to support strategy, ideation, design, editorial, vfx, motion graphics, and finishing teams.
• Lead / Co-Lead as producer across a variety of different productions of many different scales.
• Key adviser for project finances and overall health of jobs where you are project owner.

WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered candidates must be located in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, NJ, NY, TN, NV, VA

• Proven track record of producing for films, advertisements, and commercials.
• Experience handling complex productions from brief to completion.
• 5+ years of hands on production and industry experience.
• Fluent in Post Production, Grading, CGI, and VFX processes.
• Strong understanding of live action production.
• Well organized, strong ability to scope and resource projects accurately.
• Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage expectations for clients and employees on projects.
• Strong production and technology knowledge required.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary
