At Edisen we are building an internal IT eco-system connecting and integrating our support platforms. This is a long-term strategic priority with the purpose is to improve our business intelligence capabilities, drive internal efficiency, and improve data quality. Therefore, we are looking for a Business System Specialist. This role requires thorough understanding of platforms and have an ability to connect business processes with system processes.

This role reports to the COO but will work closely with each business area head to integrate, operationalize and visualize data from our ERP, CRM, Project & Resource Management Systems and HRIS. Work will range from assessing opportunities, implementation/configuration/integration of solutions and provide business support. This position will have high visibility towards senior management at Edisen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, research data sources, and evaluate technology requirements to define specifications that meet business needs
• Proactively identify and define requirements to ensure successful implementation for necessary tools and systems
• Review and analyze existing functionality and effectiveness of current systems and implement improvements or enhancements where appropriate
• Oversee integration of new technologies into organization standards and structures
• Monitor and enhance data integration between organizational tools and systems to allow reporting of OKRs and metrics
• In partnership with the COO, drive consistent utilization of internal data tools and systems including Netsuite, Hibob, Workbook, MS Team, MS BI sand others to achieve greater data reliability
• Handle system maintenance and administration including configuration, upgrades, definition of system requirements and integrations
• Manage organizational data with accuracy, conduct data audits frequently, monitoring data input to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity
• Partner with sales to provide data to enable a more streamlined sales to delivery process
• Partner with finance to provide data to enable a more streamlined and accurate financial analysis and reporting
• Partner with HR to provide data to enable greater data integrity and synchronization within HR related systems
• Create and enforce effective data management policies to ensure systems are managed and information is kept according to ISO27001 standards
• Create and manage training and support for group systems across global organization, educating super users and providing end users support and manage incoming request.
  

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably In Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system administration, configuration, and Integration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience accessing, transforming, analysing, and visualizing data
• Prior experience working with Netsuite system is required
• Experience leading multiple projects at the same time, juggling multiple high priority projects and activities
• Background in media or entertainment industry Is a plus
• Excellent communication across all levels
• Strong technical savviness
• Excellent research and data management skills
