Account Manager/Director
Edisen is looking for an Account Manager/Director in our Singapore office. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneur mindset, is goal-driven, has creative ability, and is familiar with the media production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in client interaction and management and will be 100% service focused to be able to build relationships and up-sell opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and grow key account activities, and act as main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Responsible for designing and maintaining SOWs for key accounts, including assignment description so that both client and team fully understand the expected deliverables
- Manage client satisfaction, organic growth and retention
- Ensure a positive contribution margin on all accounts to deliver profitable growth
- Support pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain a deep understanding of Edisen offerings, including the Edisen Platform, production and post-production services – in order to provide proactive solutions and value added initiatives to our clients
- Review deliverables and ensure Client’s requirements are met
- Build and foster strong client relationships to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and profitable growth
- Drive strategy meetings with the clients over the duration of the project
- Participate in follow-up meetings both internally and with clients
- Responsible for team satisfaction, hiring and competence development
- Lead and manage a team of creatives, and work towards contributing to the organization’s success – including but not limited to overseeing their progress, mentoring, delegating work etc.
- Integrate client work process into Edisen platform
- Responsible for managing client data in internal CRM system (NetSuite) and supporting resource and capacity management (Billable and productive utilization) on accounts
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a social media agency, production or post-production house
- Experience in account management and business development
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Flexible and able to navigate across multiple accounts and markets
- Systematic and organized, working knowledge of Netsuite and Workbook ideal
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider client service team
- Polished communication skills and comfortable in leading conversations with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management to help structure your load and accomplish your goals
- High level of financial acumen and negotiation skills to ensure budgeting and profitability targets are met
